Graduation
Tentatively Scheduled
We are tentatively scheduling an upcoming graduation
ceremony for January of 2009 in Sacramento--it depends on the number of interested, graduating students. Please contact Bill Bergquist (207/833-5124) if you would like to participate in this ceremony (meaning that you have completed your Masters or Doctoral degree prior to January 1, 2009). We will assist you in the ordering and rentals of caps
and gowns.You must submit your
petition to graduate form to us at: PSP, 3550 Watt Avenue, Suite 140,
Sacramento, CA 95821 no later than January 1, 2009.
New Class Scheduling
Format
Beginning with the Fall 2007 term we changed the method that students may enroll in classes--based on the movement of PSP to an intensive senior tutorial model. In consultation with your senior tutor you may now select
your classes from the main menu of courses listed under your degree program.
You will no longer need to go to the scheduling by term page.
Updated Academic
Calendar
We have updated the Academic Calendar for
the 2008-2009 school year. Please check out the new dates!
Scope & Sequence
Changes
Beginning with the 2007-2008 school year
PSP has moved to a four term per year format. The Scope & Sequence for the
courses has been revised. Please check out the new listing.
Degree Program Changes
2006
In 2006, PSP evaluated all degree programs and
revised curricula to include remote learning delivery of some courses as well
as extending the tutorial and independent study learning models to more
programs. All current students will be able
to finish their contracted academic program, but no new MFT students will be
admitted to PSP effective Summer 2006. Program descriptions for Clinical
Doctoral Programs tailored to the licensed clinician working for advanced
degree are available from President Bergquist (Bill@WilliamBergquist.com). Students who would like to discuss
changes or review current degree requirements may schedule an appointment with
the President by emailing him (Bill@WilliamBergquist,com).
